Magical Pony Parties 

We offer Pony parties for a minimum booking of 6 children up to a maximum of 10 children.

Magical Pony Party £50 per child

Our Magical Pony Party is suitable for children from age 4yrs and older, and consists of several activities...

​

Intro

The children meet the ponies and receive basic safety instruction.

 

Pony Ride/Trek

The children are fitted with our safety helmets and mounted onto the ponies. The length of the pony ride/trek for each child is dependant upon age, and will last between 30 minutes and 1 hour.

 

Groom and Makeover

This activity gives each child the opportunity to make friends with the ponies and learn basic grooming techniques. Plus there is additional fun for each child to paint, plait and decorate a pony with fairy dust glitter, paint, stencils, coloured hair extensions, and clip-on accessories to transform their pony into a magical steed. Their imagination will be limitless... And may produce a Unicorn, a Wizard, a Puzzler, a Fairy Princess, a Knight's charger or even a Welsh Dragon!

Party Games

The children will also enjoy playing our party games such as Hobby Horse Show Jumping and Musical Freeze Gallop or maybe a Treasure Hunt and a Lucky Dip game.

 

Rosette and Gift bag

After the games, each child will be presented with a rosette and a gift bag as a souvenir.

 

The Pony Party lasts approximately 2.5 to 3hrs.

Some things you need to know.....
​

  • We provide riding hats

  • Children will need to wear long trousers or leggings and boots with a low heel. Shorts are not suitable

  • Bring waterproofs if the weather is doubtful

  •  We will ask the height and weight of each child to allow us to match ponies to riders. 

  • Parents are required to accompany their children (please wear suitable boots for walking)

  • We can only accept children 4 years old and over for Pony Parties 

  • We do not provide any food, drink or birthday cake - but you may bring your own....

  • All Trek Leaders are Level 3 First Aid Trained

  • First Aid kits and mobile phones are carried on all Treks

  • Advance booking only with payment - book early to reserve your date and avoid disappointment

  • Please give at least 7 days notice of cancellation
