Regular Rider Loyalty Card

Why not benefit from being a regular rider?

 

As a thank you for being a loyal Preseli Pony Trekking customer, we are offering you the opportunity of getting your 11th ride for free.  Just pick up one of our new Loyalty Cards from your Ride Leader and bring it with you every time you ride.  Receive a stamp on your card from your Ride Leader and once you’ve completed the card with 10 stamps (one for each time you ride) you can book your 11th ride for free. However, there are some conditions which are outlined below.

Loyalty Card terms and conditions….

    

  • Loyalty Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

  • The Loyalty Card is not transferable and may only be completed and redeemed by the individual named on it.

  • The Card must be presented to the Ride Leader each time you arrive and pay for a ride in order to receive your stamp. Stamp entitlement will be forfeited if the card is not presented.

  • The Loyalty Card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or be used as payment or part payment of any other event.

  • Lost or damaged cards will not be honoured and stamps will not be carried over. A replacement card will be issued and the offer will be started again. It is up to the cardholder to keep their card safe.

  • The free ride must be pre-booked. Preseli Pony Trekking's 48hr notice cancellation policy applies to all rides, including the free ride. The free ride will only apply to rides of the same value as those previously booked. If during the duration of the card, the holder “moves up” to a longer more advanced ride of a higher value, the 11th ride will apply to the lower level, lower value ride. To book the higher value ride, the difference in price will need to be paid. If various types of rides are booked eg. 1hr Intro trek, 2hr Novice trek and Half Day Ride, the lower priced trek will apply to the free 11th ride.

  • Pony Trekking is offered on a Seasonal basis from 1st April until October 31st. The free ride must be taken within these dates. Although Winter hacking is available to regular, experienced riders (dependant upon weather conditions). 

  • Preseli Pony Trekking reserves the right to discontinue the Loyalty Card scheme or amend the terms and conditions of use without prior notice.
