Sorry we are closed...
Sadly, after 9yrs of welcoming visitors to explore the Preseli Hills on horseback, we have reached the heartbreaking decision to close the pony trekking side of our business. We understand that this news will disappoint our customers, but the current political and economic climate has forced our closure due to our continually increasing overheads, in particular Pembrokeshire County Council licencing costs and Public Liability insurance costs. This coupled with a significant reduction in Tourist numbers visiting West Wales, makes our Seasonal, tourist-dependent, pony trekking business financially unviable and unsustainable.
Some of our beloved horses and cobs are for sale, and we will offer a few for part or full loan (to remain and be kept here). We will also have a limited number of DIY livery spaces available, so if you are interested please email anita@preseliponytrekking.com
Cancellation Policy
We operate a No Refund Policy. This is a condition of booking and all payments must be made at the time of booking.
We require at least 48hrs notice to be given when cancelling a ride/trek.
For all bookings cancelled prior to the 48hr deadline, payments will be credited to a future booking, or a Voucher issued.
Bookings cancelled after the 48hr deadline will result in no refund or transfer. Payments may not be moved to a future booking. This will also apply if you fail to attend a booked session.
Some circumstances may require the cancellation of ride bookings to be made by Preseli Pony Trekking due to situations beyond our control, normally in the event of Health & Safety issues such as adverse weather conditions (Thick fog or Gale force winds).
Preseli Pony Trekking will endeavour to give as much notice as possible and every effort will be made to inform the booking contact. If Preseli Pony Trekking cancels the session, the amount paid will be transferred to another session, no refund will be given.
